I just reached my peak inventory goal for 2024! I'm not quite to peak inventory yet. I think that's still about 5-7 days away.

They've been about average for me, and I had my store on vacation mode (sale enabled) Monday-Thursday last week.

Thursday I did have 0 sales.

Starting to get opened cases now here because of usps shipping delays in addition to the slow sales this month

Yeah February has been pretty disappointing so far. I'm heavily weighted towards football and with the season winding down and now ending, a lull was expected. I've acquired and listed a ton of basketball lately, and am trying to get more baseball ready with spring training starting soon, hopefully that will help get things going again.

So far this month I've been listing about 10 to 20 Items a day and refreshed a few older listings.

Quantity sold 95
41.8% Up vs. prior time period

Net sales (Net of taxes and selling costs)
$
51.1% Up vs. prior time period

Nothing is close to where it was 6 months ago with the actual economy in the dumper. Yes Market is up, but inflation and prices have not come down on regular folks yet.I would say the flippers are trying to dump and run while it looks like the Con-signers are getting a big share of the views. This is a part time thing for me still, but it was nice when your sales years looked like this . I am looking sometime this year to go with a Fugitsu Scanner and CDP or Krono. I am not sure which service I want to go with yet, but it will be in the late summer when I do make the move.

IDK about that out of 135 items this month only 6 single between $10-$20 with only 15 sales between $20 and $170 in last 90 days. Still seeing things down Sucks when you were pulling $$500 to $900 a week in payout to scrapping by to just over $100. Lucky for me I have a retirement , VA and job to pay the bills.

After a record breaking January for me, the beginning part of February was slow but things picked up the last three days with some big sales. Maybe tax refunds are starting to hit?

They've changed something with the Item Specifics UI today (on PC using Chrome, I dunno about the app) where it keeps re-ordering the fields after I type something in, causing me to type in the wrong box. Making the listing process even slower and more tedious since things are not in the same order all the time. I don't know wtf they thought they were fixing but it's really annoying.

Things are WAY up for me, but that's early on the market jumbo case of Series 1. Since Wednesday I have almost 1,200 orders. Nothing but pulling and shipping day and night. Fortunately, there has been a trickle-down effect and it's generating sales on other stuff in my store.

I have the 8170. Recently discovered Krono and it has been amazing. Just added the SV600 in this week for the thicker cards as well. Scans are so much nicer than I thought they'd be

Monthly Inventory Report

My listed inventory is up 7.4% vs this time last month. That is more than enough for me to meet my max inventory goal for 2024. Listed inventory is 2.3x vs last year, but sales are only at 1.15x last year.

I consider a box to be a lock to end up in the black when the listed inventory reaches $3.00 for every $1.00 I'm out on that box. Of my 18 live boxes, 7 are at $3.00 or more, with a $2.98 and $2.97 coming up just short. So 9 out of 18 are already in great shape.

I haven't had any boxes clear yet, but I've got a couple that are very close. Box 1 and Box 3 are each less than $250 out, each with over $2500 listed inventory. Box 2 and 5 are both over $4.00 listed for every $1 out. Even though there are some cards in those boxes I'll want to move before the season starts I'm not going to start lowering prices, because they haven't even played a single practice game yet.

Has anyone found a way to bulk choose "Don't remind me about these recommendations again" for the Recommended Item Specifics?

eBay listing "Autograph Authentication" as a Recommended Item Specific for Lots, but not giving me the option to free text "N/A" like I can for other fields is mildly annoying.

Per eBay's Winter Seller Update, the static FVF for items sold over $10 is changing from $0.30 to $0.40...

Our per-order fee is changing
We’ve kept our per-order fee consistent since we started processing payments in 2020, but due to rising costs, we’re making an adjustment to this fee. This change will enable us to continue to improve our marketplace so you and your buyers can have the best experience on eBay.

What you need to know
Starting March 15, 2024, the per-order fee on orders over $10 will increase from $0.30 to $0.40 across all categories.

For example, if you sell a trading card for $25 including shipping and tax, you’ll now pay a fee of $3.71 instead of $3.61, an increase of $0.10.

We understand this change could impact the economics of selling lower-priced items. That’s why for orders $10 and under, there’ll be no change and you’ll continue to be charged the current rate of $0.30.

Also updates to Terapeak sold listings.

Now, using Terapeak, you can access the last 3 years of sold items data. We’ve also refined product research results by excluding any invalid sales, such as unpaid or canceled items, from the sold results.

Knew there was going to be some increase but it matches what I have heard some brick and mortar sellers say as well that the cc companies are raising their processing fees.

Assuming free shipping, that's smart EXCEPT .... "including taxes". Better rethink that $9.99.

It's great for me many items I list there are only a few in the history some have zero so being able to dig further is very helpful
