Default Look for help/suggestions on a new pair of jeans.

Look for help/suggestions on a new pair of jeans.
First some background. I am 50 years old. There might be photographic evidence of me wearing stonewashed jeans and do not want to go back to the 80’s. In remember buying and liking SilverTap jeans from Levis back in the day. I liked baggy jeans at that time. I moved to Anchor Blue jeans which also had baggy jeans sometime in the 2000’s. I still have some of those jeans I use for yardwork. Lately I’ve been buying Nautical jeans but their baggy jeans have minimal variety and their “loose” jeans are not as loose as I would like.
I wear slacks Monday through Friday for work, so I mainly wear jeans on Fridays, weekends and on my days off. I was off this week for spring break and realized I need to update my wardrobe. This week I’ve been clearing out my closet of stuff I don’t wear anymore and buying new slacks and dress shirts, but I need to move on to jeans.

What brands do you wear? Why?
Do you buy baggy? Loose?

Thanks

Jerry:
You know, when I first met you, Kramer, you used to wear jeans all the time.

Kramer:
Yeah, well, I was a different man then.

Jerry:
With a different body.

Kramer:
Hey, I got the body of a... taut, preteen Swedish boy.

Throughout the decades, the awkward phases that occur when you're not ready to commit to dad pants lives on

I’m more fascinated by the wild ride that is the OP

I didn’t know Nautica was still a thing. It’s like living in a Time Machine

No clue those other brands

Just go to Target and buy jeans if this is the post

You’ve given up on life

Mid-40s and Idgaf anymore. Costco and Macy’s clearance rack for Buffalo brand. Fits me well and no more than $30.

Of all the subjects to seek advice from BO, fashion would have to rank near the absolute bottom.
