That’s a great question. I wish they would wait until it’s completed to reveal grades and charge us, it’s quite confusing.

Before the change they would spill the beans about the grade in the email so that you could approve it, and grades weren’t made available until QA2. Since Grades Reveal now takes place before QA, it seems like getting the email during Assembly could be possible. Definitely confusing.

Dual service is moving pretty well these days. Submitted a 2 card pre-1979 Value order, went from received 3/28 to completed 4/12 and in hand a days later, well ahead of the 6/17 ETA

Been about 10 business days between Assembly and grades popping... pretty frustrating for an anxious bloke like myself lol.

Have regular service submission that’s been sitting as arrived for 4 days.. what’s the point of putting the barcode on the side if it ends up in a pile with the bulk submissions.. SMDH

On what service level? I'm still confused by the new process. I just got green check mark in Assembly for a Regular $75 order. When do I see my grades?

Anyone else notice the banner at the top of PSA saying "We'll be using a new address to receive submission orders for business as usual." But when I click the link the shipping addresses look the same as they have been?

I came here to ask the same question because I got the email and noticed the discrepancy in addresses too

Psa received 3/18
Moved to assembly 4/19
Grades popped today

33-psa 10
3- psa 9

Was expecting 1 9 but disappointing in the other 2 9s especially one of them was a huge card that i thought was a sure fire 10 but judging by the pop report the 10s on them seem hard to get.

Seeing a glitch in the matrix and wondering if anybody else has experienced this.

I have an order that shows up on My Orders page as in Assembly. When I click into it to bring up the order details / view the card images, the order still shows up as in Grading on the tracker.

It's happening on the App and website. Not anxious, just thought it was odd.

Yeah I’ve seen that a lot recently when an item seems to be finishing up in one stage. It’ll likely officially show in Assembly on both screens within the next 2 business days.

I just had an order move from Grading to Assembly about ten minutes ago, but when I click on it in the app it still shows Grading.

I’m sure that there will be some overlap in time where you can send to either address. If and when they shut down the PO Box, it will be once they have completely cycled through orders where the order forms give the old address.

Anyone else seeing any orders just sit in Order Arrived? I have an order that arrived last week and it hasn't moved at all yet. It's a TCG April Special.

All my previous 5 or so orders have moved to Order Prep within a day or two.
