Mine is the same way. Arrived last Wednesday and hasn’t moved out of order prep.

Little disheartening to see bulk orders received before mine having grades popping.

Also have regular value orders that are about two weeks behind schedule.

Good grief... how confusing! The email from them specifically says "all PSA card orders" go to the Santa Ana address starting April 24th I have been working on an order via USPS and glad I didn't send it yet.

Anyone know if the regular bulk value is moving any faster than the April Special? For $2 extra a card Ill go that route if its faster than the April Special.

I have an order that has now been sitting in "Completing" for a week. They must be having problems with their shipping department again.

Yeah I sent one yesterday via USPS to the Santa Ana address, hope it makes its way to the right place lol. Not sure how they overcomplicated a simple address change so much

Just did within the past 30 minutes or so. I can't believe that it took a week, but I'll take it at this point.

700 graders for Pokemon and two people qualified to grade vintage. That 60/70s special might take a year for them to grade.

Last 2 bulk orders were 85% and 88% gems. Bulk order popped today and it was 48% Not sure how that’s even possible.

Same here. I saw on the form it was different but figured PSA was slow to update their forms so sent it to the new address in the email. I am sure it will be fine as many probably did that.
