Have 2 orders sitting done in assembly for over 2 weeks. Getting passed up by newer orders shipping back. Ones passing them up shipping from Cali. Not sure if NJ maybe getting backed up on shipping.

It looks like USPS did deliver my submission to the UPS address without an issue, according to my tracking number.

Anyone else not able to see their orders right now? When I go in there it says that I have no orders in progress even though I have half a dozen. I think that I may have broken the web site due to constantly refreshing it.

I am in the same boat as you. I have an order that arrived on 4/18 and has not moved at all since then. All my other orders in the last few months have started to move in a few days after arriving.

Going on 4 days in assembly for my Regular order, have never got an up charge but since it’s a 1/1 not sure how they would determine the value?

Most customer service is horrible these days. The bigger the company, the less they care. If you want better customer service go to CGC or SGC. Heck, HGA and GMA you could talk to someone immediately. PSA provides a service that they know you can't get anywhere else, and that is the best ROI. Why do they need to be any better? Where else will you go?

If I thought calling CS would give answers I would too. Almost 3 weeks in assembly on a value plus order of 3 cards. Est comp date of May 6. 10 card special 3 weeks in assembly too but est comp date is June. Not sure what they're waiting on, upcharge email, or just got thrown in a corner and forgot about.

All other orders shipped in same box have been in hand now for week or more.
