Okay it seems like we need to confirm:

1) Who is in the set (signing cards) and who is not,

2) How many cards each person in the set will provide (I'm assuming that's based on how many people are in the set but maybe it needs to be based on how many sets people want from Josie?)

3) Everyone's card. Some people don't have cards nominated for them yet who would or should be in.

To these ends, my plan is to start marking the list as "confirmed" when that person is confirmed both as "in" and accepting of the card chosen for them. For clarity, "confirmed" in this context means that person is willing to provide an estimated 15 or 20 signed copies of the card chosen for them to Josie.

I'm not even sure if some of the potential members even know this thread exists. Also, several members have given the thumbs-up but I can't remember everyone and it's spread across twenty pages in two different threads. I would ask for everyone to confirm or whatever here, and everyone who hasn't yet confirmed I guess needs to be tracked down and asked.

Lastly, some members haven't had a card nominated/chosen for them yet. If anyone wanted to take care of that, it'd be awesome.

Please let me know any changes that need made to the list in the OP. Also, if any of that is not okay for whatever reason, we can do anything y'all want. I'm just wanting to move forward somehow.

Excellent! As soon as we settle on the card I'll mark you confirmed. Please remind me if I forget.

I'm sure a card will be chosen. I'm personally trying to steer clear of that (trying to avoid issues) but will nominate cards if nobody else does.

5-10: Not bad, but might not make it into every set.

11-20: Very safe. Should be enough for every set.

21+: Probably excessive.

If BNut were smart, he wouldn't refuse to participate—he'd send a single signed card to Josie and make his signature the most valuable chase card in the whole set.

There are several monster's named after locations, if any of those locations are near you that would be a possibility.

Or the Power Up Red for your Red Sox or Uncle Sam for your Patriots.

I was thinking 10 sets seems very reasonable. Each signer can include some Inserts if they would like which I will randomly insert.

That would mean your card couldn't be in all the sets and Josie would have to send out incomplete sets, assuming we're still doing it that way. Idk.

I don't care either way and if you're only gonna do five, so be it. But then we need (Josie?) to figure that out in terms of how to distribute everything. It won't be as simple as complete sets going to each buyer/donater. I'm not sure how that would work.

I guess we need to figure that out too.

I think once the cards come in we'll have a good idea of how many sets there will be. Probably 10-15.

Those who send in fewer will be randomly inserted and those who send in more will have doubles.

Maybe one of Josie's kids can shuffle the inserts and we'll have a bit of genuine mystery.

Plus, given that people can also send in other cards, I see the final product as having a Chronicles kind of makeup.
