Are you sending cards? If so, do you want me to grab some and send them to you? Can I mark you as "confirmed"?

The Topps Chrome red border, which I gather is the base, is a garden variety chrome card. Sharpie or paint pen should do fine but again let it dry before sleeving/packing up. I've got plenty of super curled 2022 BUC I can test on. I'll report back results.
I’ve heard that using a white eraser vigorously will remove the gloss/scuff things just enough that the ink sticks.

We still need cards chosen for a handful of people. I'm pretty sure some of them want to participate, but some haven't said anything either way.

Anything is appreciated.

I was going to do one sticker auto and one signed with my name by my mom.

First test results in - Sharpies work fine on chrome cards. I actually don't have a black one handy but it's probably the safest one to use. Ignore the first green test, it was a different green than what's shown and it's almost dried out.

Now I need to find a super glossy card.

Test 2 of a high gloss card. Looks like Sharpies show up fine. When people get the Topps or the Topps Chrome versions, should be easy. It'll all depend on the light or dark areas of the card to land the signature. I think my silver is starting to run dry, may not use that at all.

I think the gold looks great.

Red is also strong and I imagine black would be too.

$2.30 for a pair of sharpies. https://www.amazon.com/Sharpie-30162...dp/B000QYLCWK/

You may have one at work you could borrow assuming you aren't 100% WFH.

I have ocd for Uber fine point markers and pens. I’m wondering what suggestions are out there. Maybe some from the TTM crowd.

Nobody foresaw anyone thinking they could autograph a card without a pen.

We forgot about the BNut factor.

A few just arrived.

The first, unprepped attempt resulted in horrible streaks.

Ran a basic pencil eraser over the rest of the card (applied strong pressure) and the ink appears to have stuck wonderfully.

(Only had a fat Sharpie on hand for the attempt—the actual signature will likely be with a thinner pen.)

Yep.

I was going to use silver, but it's only because it goes with the card and I intend to sign in a black area. Gold would work too, at least for my card.

My first thought was that all of them should be the same pen/marker but then I realized the color of the card matters.

Then I realized a lot of you might have one already.

We think 10. It's being debated but ten is the frontrunner. Might go up to 15 but I don't think any more.

Ten to fifteen is the best answer I can provide until it's hashed out. I think Josie was figuring that out but idk.

I'm guessing they're around $2 for base, parallels a little more. That's what my card was anyway.

This is above my skill level.

I hope the redemption is for an NFT version of the BNut Meta Zoo card!

With the positioning of the skanking legs, I would anticipate a very nicely done 1/1 phallic parallel.

Just sayin’

It's the same image (smaller) on the backside and I absolutely had the same thought—hiding a bit of schlong and seeing if the recipient noticed.
