We were going to have just a date with me and her on the first date, but then we had a tornado warning right when I was leaving my house to pick her up so we cancelled. I don't mind taking her daughter with us, it just makes me double think before I say or do anything.

I think the next time we go out I may just make a subtle move and see where it goes.

The only NNs here is you who thinks a home inspector would catch the issues inside the current system. There were tons of other reasons to continue with the purchase of the home. No home is going to be 100% perfect upon purchase unless everything was just replaced and/or it was built brand new.

And to give you another good reason for the home purchase, my electric bill this month is $90 thanks to the solar panels. That is another decrease from the month before and yet the dual AC units have been running most days.

Total scholarships for the senior class is $2.2 million (including what the schools have “given”) shows how overpriced college is today. One kids is going to Wake Forest but is in the Army, he’s getting $200k. Wake costs $92k/yr.
