They are behind, my last order took over 2 weeks to get out of order arrived into research and ID. My previous 5 orders all took a week.

PSA has new graders in vintage that don't know what they are doing. I have had two separate buyers ask me why the cards were 5's, they should be 7's from my last order. There is nothing to worry about. It you look back at the past few pages, you’ll notice it’s taking between 10-15 days to go from Order Prep to R&ID.

I wouldnt be worried if that were the case.

Mine is just in “order arrived”. It’s not in order prep and has no order number associated with it.

Order Prep/Order Arrived are synonymous to me, so I may have thrown ya off with using Order Prep. It’s taking time to get into the Research and ID stage after arriving. My last two orders took 10 and 12 days, respectively. They were then back in my hands in right around 30 days after hitting R&ID.

My only current order with them arrived right around the same time as yours, and I wouldn’t expect to see them move out of Order Arrived for another 4-5 days. Nothing to fear.

Been in assembly for a couple weeks, thought maybe they are checking for upcharges as I did slip some higher value cards in there. Hopefully Gems.

On May 15th I received an email with a $50 off my next sub offer. I shipped a Value order that day - four cards, two with autos that I'm only having the card graded, no auto grade. It was received on 5/16 (I'm in Southern California). Took nearly two weeks to reach "Order Prep" on 5/29 and was given an 8/2 estimated completion date. Grades popped on 6/13, order was shipped 6/18 and is scheduled to deliver 6/19. So only about a month from the time I shipped.

I was actually hoping I'd get an upcharge, but didn't. So while I'm thrilled with the quick turnaround, I'm a bit less excited to see the grades.

Chance yes. My orders have been sitting in Assembly for 7-10 days including a regular order. So depends on when it moved to Assembly.

To put things in perspective, you signed up for a promotional service level with a clearly stated 50 business day turnaround. Now you're disappointed because, after your previous orders were completed in half the expected time, here you are...30 business days in...just waiting for the grades to pop.



We all want instant gratification, but turnaround times have been great. Let's not turn ourselves into entitled twits. After all, there are other service levels available.
