I received the same reply, though the rep was just looking at the usps tracking.

USPS says PSA should have the packages. They weren't able to scan packages as delivered at that office for a period of time on 6/20 due to the internet being down. I've asked both to check again.

I found a discussion about this on twitter as well, so it sounds like it involves too many packages to be a case of employee theft, but I guess you never know.

My package was delivered on the 14th and still has not been entered even though I put the barcode outside my package. I contacted PSA about this and they told me the following,

"Recently, with all of the specials PSA has had, we have been experiencing a delay before the order can be entered into the system. This is due to the number of orders we receive when we run concurrent specials. When an order arrives at our facility, it is taken in by our security and itemizing team and manifested. Once it has been itemized, it is then taken to our receiving team to be entered. We use FIFO (First In, First Out) processing based on service levels.

Your package arrived on 6/14/24, and we are currently entering submissions that arrived at our facility on 6/7/24."

I have a question about combining orders in one shipment, which hopefully someone can answer for me.

I have Super Express and Express tier orders which I would like to ship together.
I got to the point of entering info for each, and selecting "Package Together" option to give me the label (barcode) to place on outside of my one package.

But the question is, after having chosen "use prepaid label" (Fedex), which prepaid label from the 2 orders should I utilize?
PSA has given me QR code for prepaid label on both orders.
It might not matter much as the other label not being utilized won't get charged to my credit card unless scanned, but does it affect the insurance coverage when the cards are somehow lost/stolen etc?

I noticed that if multiple orders are in one package and there is a higher-tier service, all the orders get bumped up and processed. I sent in two orders: one was a June express special and the other a June 1980 to present special. They are already in grading, research and ID. My order was shipped on 6/21/2024 and received on 6/24/2024.

For me, I like to ship the item myself at the post office using registered mail with high insurance. It usually costs me $40+ for registered mail with $5k insurance.

How are you getting 5k insurance on collectibles? I’ve always been told it’s 1k max?

I don't know if it's the same thing; I just insure my package for that amount.

Small value bulk modern order that has been in assembly for 2.5-3 weeks (with checkmark for at least a week and a half) just had its estimated completion date changed from July 12 to Sept 3. Doesn't seem great.

Edit: Completed 7/1.


Two vintage special/bulk orders with July 11 and 12 estimates that are still in grading are unchanged (for now).

That's helpful to know. I sent an order that arrived on the 17th, and so it sounds like I still have a bit of a wait in front of me before being entered into the system. I'm hoping not another 10 days, but that seems consistent with what they're telling you. Wow, over 3 weeks just to process an order. What a bottleneck in the process. That doesn't seem very scalable.

Anyone have their order say “Assembly” on main screen but “Grading” on the next screen? I’ve experienced this for a day max but it’s been like that for a week. I find that a bit unusual

Try checking the old style screen: https://www.psacard.com/myaccount/myorder?o=xxxxxxxxxx. Put your order # in instead of the xxxx's. This screen gives better info. IMHO

Yeah so before assembly I believe there is a quick grade review. You are probably in that in between time and both would update shortly

Man, I don't like it when an order finishes fast. it ruins all future orders when they don't finish early. It's like my min expects every order to finish early. Hard to keep a level head haha

I ended up just using one of the two prepaid labels (not using the other), as I had already completed my order both with the prepaid labels.
Not so optimistic on the grades themselves, but hopefully I get a few 10s at least.

Still no update on my package that arrived in Newport Beach 6/20 then disappeared. I'll file a claim early next week if PSA doesn't enter the order. Thankfully it is only 50 mostly cheap cards cobbled together after sending a bit more loaded order previously. The missing order would maybe yield me a $500 profit that is insured for $300... but providing proof of value might be a pain in the arse.

My 65 card sports special that arrived on 6/5 got the Assembly checkmark late yesterday. I suspect that one will pop before the holiday.
