Also, it might surprise you to know that not every card in a set gets the same grade.

Hi all. Could use some advice on what to do here. I shipped 3 cards to Beckett valued at approx. $2-3k. Shipped Feb. 20 USPS - showed up as delivered on Feb 26th - have screen shot showing accepted and signed for by “A Hopkins”. Never entered into their system. I’ve shipped to the address before - just a month previously. I’m confident I shipped to correct address.

On March 22nd it pops up as ‘return to sender on tracking’. Has an update package has been pending in the USPS system since March 26th with no further updates. I’ve submitted two customer service tickets with no responses from Beckett and can’t find a phone number to talk to a human.

Need some advice on what I can/should do?

Today, received graded, now ungraded-

. I have never felt so good to bust it out so easily and smoothly. Absolutely horrendous grading, surface BS and edge BS. I may submit again, no doubt it will sell high selling it raw. I may go National to grade this, sell, or trade. No more visiting this thread again.

Hello, I registered here to add my two current Beckett orders to the thread and to see if anyone else is in a similar situation.

Old Collectors Special (30 cards):
Received: 4/11/24
Graded: 5/1/24
Shipped: still not shipped. They have been stuck in the "Label Printed" status since May 1st.

BGS Base (what replaced the Collectors special) (30 cards):
Received: 5/1/24
Graded: 6/5/24
Shipped: not shipped yet.

I don't get a ton of cards graded but in the past with Beckett, even at the slowest tier, if you got the "your cards are graded" email that meant your cards were going to ship soon. Beckett support does not think there is anything unusual going on here, so, like, whatever, I'll keep waiting. But for graded cards to sit at Beckett for over a month feels unusual to me; perhaps Beckett has changed their internal processes so "graded" is not an immediate precursor to "shipped."

Mine seemed to be moving fast, but now it's been stuck in "labels printed" since 6/20.

Submitted a Standard order w/ Subgrades in June. Took less than 2 weeks, including the July 4th holiday, door to door. Grades were in line with expectations - not harsh but not generous either. Got four 9s, one 9.5, and one 10. Total cost was under $300. Would have been hit with a couple upcharges with PSA, so pretty happy with the submission.

That’s impressive considering my express has now taken 20 business days.
