88-89 fleer set question

Legit question before I come up with an asking price…this set sat in album with pages and a hand full of cards developed discoloration along the top that you notice when you stack the cards together. If I put them in a box on their side you can’t tell. It’s just the top. The cards are in great condition other wise and thankfully this doesn’t affect the Jordan’s…I think Miller is the only one of consequence. Just curious how big of a problem if at all this is.
