I’d infer from those break prices the top auto chases will be Ledecky, Phelps, Xander and the Woodhalls. If any of the NBA players had autos they’d be $500+ spots.

Most, if not all, 2016 Phelps autos were stickers.

Resale of those Raidman/Douglas cards are pretty low (only a few 3-digit sales on eBay over the past few months).

Ledecky and Biles likely cancel each other out.

You’re underestimating demand for Curry cards, even if non-auto, especially when it’s Topps Chrome (his only other TC card was from 09-10).

2024 also has some on-card Ledecky (including Topps Dynasty) and Phelps autos.

2024 is definitely better than 2016.

As a huge golf fan, having the only cards of Xander Schauffele (#2 golfer in the world) is a huge draw for this product.

I’m at 2.5 cases of hobby and some loose blasters. If Topps releases at $85 then very likely. But my appetite is going down the more details that come out. I think our levels of excitement are heading in different directions.

Congratulations, that's an awesome haul! I know you secured them at great prices too.

I've only secured 1 hobby case (at a slight premium) and 17 loose blaster boxes. Unless I add more hobby boxes, I'll only rip the blaster boxes (because I like the idea of holding a sealed case for my sealed collection).

The checklist is far from perfect, we agree on that. It can definitely be much better. But the checklist is still strong, and at MSRP or slight premium prices, it's a good-value product.

Having ripped a lot of inflated Panini (primarily BKB) wax for years, I always get excited when I encounter good-value products that I'm actually interested in. I'll also admit that I'm biased though, I'm a big fan of the swimming events (so the Ledecky and Phelps chases excite me) and Curry is my PC player (really excited about this one, his first-ever Olympic event and first TC card since 09-10).

Believe me, I'm happy to be wrong about how well the Curry parallels will do. My hope was to chase the traditional sports (swimming, T&F, gymnastics) and sell off the basketball names. If I get any nice Curry I will definitely let you know.

I know it is not Topps but Panini has Olympic cards as well. At least these look like cards and not stickers. But I can't find a checklist. This is a UK product so not sure how many US Athletes are in the product.
