10 years sheesh …your a patient person for sure …glad you’re happy with the outcome but that is ridiculous to wait that long for a resolution

Glad you are happy with the cards from the Black Boxes. I have a similar Problem (but with a way cheaper card) its about a Ja Morant Auto /49. I'am waiting over a year now and in the beginning of the year those cards just popped up on eBay. I asked one seller how long He was waiting. He told me He recieved the card as a replacement for a luka Auto. So panini sends cards to people who dont have a redemption for it and they dont send it to people like me, with a redemption. No answer of the Support aswell. Unfortunatley Iam fro. Germany and dont have the Chance to go to the national for a replacement.

That's terrible. Panini needs to make that right. You can't get a Black Box unless you go to the National. But you can get a White Box, which is essentially the same thing.

that’s hilarious, send out your redemption to someone else whose redemption wasn’t made, now they’ll send you someone else’s redemption who will eventually get someone else’s, etc.

I rather have the Logoman, but you had no choice and those 5 cards are heat. Now back to Panini trying to exchange for 2 and then they say guaranteed the 5 boxes will get the value. I'm surprised they haven't gotten a lawsuit yet for manipulating redemptions. And they have a pallet of White Boxes that are top tier and another pallet of White Boxes low tier.

Technically they said they opened the boxes. So that doesn't fit your narrative.
