Once the Chinese breakers throw up their auctions, people are in for a rude awakening on singles prices. 2022 Eminence has sold cards for UNDER $2k of Neymar, Kane, and Figo. lol
I can see Neymar go for more if they are Barca match-worn autos.

Some 2022 Messi Eminence autos have sold under 6k. I wonder what I would rathe have. 3 boxes of Eminence or a 2022 Messi Eminence auto.

Under $2K? Figo Eminence cards sell for under $300. Early listings are always high, but I suspect that there is going to be a huge gap between what sellers are going to be looking to recoup and what buyers are willing to pay.

I assume the Messi and potentially the Cristiano patch autos (assuming that’s the mystery redemption) sell for more than the mkt case price. Some of the 1/1 patch autos should too, I think. Maybe the 1/1 dual autos, despite the lack of patches? Maybe 25-50 boxes out of the 5000 boxes pay for a case? Just guessing…perhaps I’m totally underestimating how much demand there is for some of those rare patch autos.

SoccerCardsHQ wrote a pretty interesting blog about just how few really awesome cards there are on the checklist.

Last Messi Flawless SOTG /25 sold for $23k. A much better set, and one that’s been locked down for years. Flawless autos run $8-15k for the most part. So the answer for which cards fetch $15k from Dynasty should be just a handful of Messi and Ronaldo, but none else. But you know people will pay stupid prices, because unfortunately people are stupid.

At the RRP of $6k these aren't that bad, dare I say better EV than pretty much every other hobby product, but at the breaker virtual prices of $12k-15k they are pretty brutal.

When i first heard the concept i was ready to buy 5-10 cases, assuming case prices of $5-10k. Was thinking it would be an elite and tight checklist, limited print, no redemptions, historical first-time set maybe? And i love soccer.

When i thought more about the 2022/2023 class, and wondered about the checklist i backed off a bit, but still figured well maybe 1-2 cases would be fun, maybe a shot at some nice patch autos what the heck.

When i saw the prices were approaching 2020 f1 dynasty for a case and surpassing it on a per box basis, took a closer look at the checklist makeup and thought about some of the lower level things that were in the product, and saw redemptions i basically decided to just sit it out and wait to see how the mkt develops and the singles go.

Watching some breaks and seeing paul scholes’ face on post #76 above didn’t help either

Congrats. That's a great card-- hard to imagine how it slid to the 6th pick. Other than the dual, what were the 5 ahead of it?
