Although the millions of parallels drive me nuts, ended up buying this on a whim. Great image and digging the stars match with the Dallas jersey.

Agreed on the parallels but when they match right it creates great eye appeal. You've got a great one there.

These Obsidians are just awesome in person! I might have to focus on more Obsidian then Prizm going forward, so much more eye appeal

The red is #’d/8 and the purple is #’d /13

Obsidian parallels especially the Floods are some of my favorite looking cards in the hobby

Finally…..FINALLY found an auto/patch /5 that finishes this Ellard rainbow….missed one about 6 months ago where a guy paid an absurd amount for one. Lucky another surface and I got it for waaaaaaay less.

That’s always a good feeling. I’ve been the other guy on occasion. Put in a high bid on a Bob Baumhower card once (I think it was the ‘86) and my competitor ran the bid up to my max with three days left in the auction and gave up. I had to sweat it out, but I won (also lost b/c the card definitely isn’t worth what I paid)

As an aside, the history of Rams receiving is criminally underrated. It's wild to think Flipper Anderson played with both Henry Ellard and Isaac Bruce.
