More PSA Gambling Credits...

I did the Black Friday deal for $80 for my membership. I am up to $100 in Loupe Credit. I then got a email today for $60 for Fanatics Live. I am someone that has an addictive personality, so I stay away from all gambling. Yes, breaking is gambling.

This sports gambling industry is out of control. This is the equivalent of PSA giving out a free sample of cocaine.

They should have stuck to free gradings and not this BS. I definitely had to think harder about signing up again for a membership.

I don't understand the appeal of having someone open a box for you online and then send you the cards. I understand breaks where people bid on a team or a player or whatever. I'm talking about when people buy a whole box and they open it on one of these streams. It's weird to me. Just send me the box. Opening it is 99% of the fun.

They should have a $80-$100 option for people just want the grading specials & magazine ..don't care for gambling credits & card ladder. I am sure they would pull in more subs if they had that lower tier open for those like me

Since I typically collect vintage, I blew it on Topps Archives Retired Player Edition, since it's one card in the box and a guaranteed buyback auto, and I got a Kerry Wood Cracker Jack auto card. I always liked Kerry Wood so that worked for me.

Funny past was that the breaker did a slow reveal and didn't know who the player was since it only had the last name "WOOD" on the front, and even then he had no idea who Kerry Wood was. In the chat I immediately said, "He had 20K's in one game" and the breaker replied, "Wow, is that right? That seems almost impossible since there are only 24 outs in a game."

It was pretty cringey all around, but I do like the card.

That is too funny. I laugh at some of these breakers when they try to pronounce some of these players names, especially players from the past. I just shake my head.

I ended up using the my credit to buy some PSA slabs that I could turn around and sell to get my money back in cash.
