Yes. This is why he won't have any case with the players union. It would be one thing if the guy was playing well but his play in the second half certainly justifies demoting him so he can't say it was just because of this incident.

But the manager stated specifically that he was not being demoted for his poor on the field performance.

Abrams still very young with lots of talent, he’ll get plenty of chances to right the ship. As long as gambling don’t involve betting on baseball he’s good

More so than the HR, I’m just happy to see his AVG at .278. That’s the key to a successful season for him.

Don’t look now, but CJ is batting over .300! Low average has always been the stat that was holding him back. (Well, that and his awful defense.)

Maybe a solid, consistent, full season incoming?

He’s still super cheap. You didn’t miss anything. Lots of good stuff out there that’s very affordable. That’s what makes collecting CJ fun.
