I haven't shipped CGC/CBCS slabs in a while and they seem tighter in the "flat" Medium Flat Rate Boxes then they used to be (maybe I'm remembering incorrectly). I know Gemini has mailers and seems like 20x14x4 Boxes would work, but seeing if anyone has a better and potentially cheaper way to ship comic slabs?

USPS 1092 box, wrap slab with bubble wrap.
Put that inside a USPS 1095 box. (tight fit) That should put the weight right at 2lbs which will be cheaper than Med Flat Rate and better protection. |

THANK YOU, I was not aware of the 1095. We're gonna rock the expensive 17x14x5 boxes I bought first, then gonna go that route.

I've been using slab shippers for the last three months and not only is it faster to ship, but the customers have liked them as well. I do fill the empty space with packing peanuts though for extra protection.
