So I got the (perhaps) dreaded “problem order” or “on hold” notification on a single card express order. It was in the assembly process. Could it be an upcharge or is it always a damaged card if it comes at that stage? If the latter, that would be absolutely brutal, since, as you can see from the photo, it’s a MASSIVE card.

Just received an order of 50 slabs back and 10% of them have a sealing defect on the left side (it looks like an interior crack within the sealed slab), anyone else experiencing this. Who do they have doing QA, Helen Keller??

I just had very weird order on PSA. I did value bulk, regular, express and super express submissions with them on one order which shows they are all received at the same time. But, regular order grades just popped today while express and super express still grading. Is this normal?

It was an upcharge. The Kobe got a 9. They valued it in the $10,001-$25,000 range and charged $799 for the grading fee.

Curious if anyone else has had a similar experience express has been completed assembly for 3 days. Not sure if this is normal it seems like bulk / value orders are going through with grades in 1-2 days.
