Of course, going to send these 7 slabs back and have them seal them properly. Their quality has gone down the toilet. I can picture some dude standing over a sealing machine for 10 hours per day with a quota to seal 10,000 slabs a day...

Good. Yeah, there is clearly not a QA process as if there was people would notice that so I am sure they just slab and toss it to the the side for the next one. Just sucks you have to waste your time to send them back, hopefully they are quick to reseal for you.

Well they acknowledged my submit for QA issue last Tuesday but its been 5 days and crickets from them on the way forward. Imagine there's quite a few slabs that are defective from that particular sealing machine and they are dealing with all the QA issues.

I hope this is just a glitch. I have an order in the Green Assembly with an estimated completion date of 10/15. Today I go in to check the status of my other orders and PSA changed the estimated completion date to 12/16.

Yeah it’s a glitch. I had a similar situation last week and the grades popped. I bet you get your results this week.

Hey everyone. wanted to give you a heads up so it doesnt happen to you. PSA has been sending my orders via fedex for some time now. last week, i had two orders that were due to arrive. they both sent a notification that the package was undeliverable because my address didnt exist and were returning to sender. i caught the first one and was able to call them and get them to deliver it to my other address. but the second one i missed in time and it got shipped back to PSA. i called and emailed psa (bc fedex refused to give me any information) and I havent heard back yet.

They must have gotten a new driver, but it really F'd me over this past week, so always watch your packages carefully.

Anyone ever had an order sent back to psa? what happens and how long will it take to get it back?

Many many many times

In fact, just had a recent order that that processed through in 15 days total ship yesterday, but have one yet that's over 50 days that has yet to produce any grades. The one that finished in 15 days was received on 9/11 and the one that's still processing was received on 8/1. PSA just doesn't have a good workflow so yes, this is very normal.

To add, both orders are the under the same Value Bulk 1980>

Order 1: 90% gem rate between 2 different cards ~20ish copies
Order 2: <10% gem rate between same 2 cards ~20ish copies

Order 1 gem rate: 74%
Order 2 gem rate: 42.85%, one of the worst of the year

Will be interesting to compare the ~40ish cards where in order 1, there were only 3 non gems, in order 2, there were the opposite, only 2 total gems.

They have got it right most of the time, but geesh, exhibit A of why I try to limit order sizes < 50 so this crap doesn't happen

I do the same. My orders rarely get above 50 cards now. I just send 2-3 orders at a time instead of one large order. I'm probably due for one of these one off graders too.

sent cards to group submission and psa has the order there since first week of august...have been stuck in research id till this day..no movement..pissing me off because a order i sent directly to psa was done in a month smh
Wont be using group submissions anymore..feel like psa wants to you go directly thru them
