I scratched the rip itch with these lower hobby box prices for the first time in months. I opened a Luminance box and an Origins box, both went pretty well.
I got a JJ McCarthy on card auto from Luminance, plus a Quinshon Judkins NIL auto which is apparently a thing and cool. I also got numbered Penix and Maye cards as well as a mystery rookie redemption (#2). Out of Origins I got a beautiful on card Brian Thomas green color match auto /5 and an equally beautiful Spencer Rattler three color patch /10. I can't complain really. I might even have made money if I were to sell everything, which isn't easy to do in 2024 to say the least. |
