Had a Dylan Crews Bowman Paper Green sticker auto /99 with a smudged auto. Sent it in for replacement and received this on card Crews Speckle auto /299!

It does look like a botched cleaning job and not something the player or Topps did.

I still have this card. Peeled it cause I wanted to find a NM or worse Soto, peel, and get it signed. Still looking for the right card
