I am glad you aren't allergic to them as well.

We were drinking beet juice every morning as well but she really dislikes the taste and it is expensive. I thought it was helping. Her blood pressure was coming down. Her doctor said pills are the only way. I don't agree with that at all. They just keep prescribing her stuff she can't take long term. It's not a real solution.

I am trying to get her to walk more, too. When we get my brother's dog back that will really help.

I don’t really like pills but they help me but like you said they are not the only solution. Lots of nutritionists can tell us lots of healthy food options. My only problem after my first heart attack was I kept smoking and didn’t go by the diet I was prescribed. After the second heart attack I actually followed their suggestions and quit smoking and started eating healthier. The only thing I still do that isn’t the healthiest is drink beer but that has even slowed down.

Yes walking the dog is good exercise. I used to walk my lab Milo as he was well behaved but my labradoodle Clyne is too strong and would pull me down, but what’s good about her is she will go in our yard do her business and come right back.

Last year around this time, the Wal-Mart parking lot had a huge pot hole and people put a Christmas tree in it. A fully decorated Christmas tree with lights. It was great.

Can't find the last 7 basketball coaches I need. I've been calling people all day and nobody will do it.

I like some fish but usually the only time I eat fish is when we go to a restaurant. Catfish fried is my go to but I like scallops, crab cakes and fried shrimp. Tuna steak is the only one I make at home as I feel safer doing that myself.

What happens if they don’t get the necessary coaches.

As soon as these football championship games end tonight, I'm on vacation until after Thanksgiving, so I really don't care.

Yeah, my wife only likes fried whiting, fired shrimp, and crabs. My Son will only eat fired shrimp. I love it all, but they complain about the smell when it is cooking.

I need to start walking my dog but she has to be leash trained first.

I just finished doing an hour's worth of work for purchasing that I can't do at work.

My wife's dentist bill was only $160 today, but the next one will be about $500. Her bone is deteriorating under her teeth and her gums are inflamed. I can't tell you how much we've spent on teeth for her and her kids. My family has the good teeth.

My Son wants another Toronto Blue Jays Bo Bichette jersey for Christmas that apparently is on sale only today for $120. How many baseball jerseys does he need? He already wants to set me back a little over a thousand for a gaming computer this Christmas.

And of course you buy him everything he wants.

If you were around him, you would understand this isn't true. I can't tell you how many things this kid wants.

He's adopted a "flood the zone" approach.

And FT doesn’t even see it. I’m glad my kids don’t ask for anything really. We have issues getting Christmas lists from them.
