You would think the whole league would know to stay away because of that. What was worse Joe Pisarciks handoff to Larry Csonka’s hip that resulted in Herman Edwards scoop and score to win the game when all the Giants had to do was knee down, which believe it or not wasn’t a thing in 1976 before The Giants botched play or Leon Lett touching a ball he had no business being anywhere near. That botched fumble actually made the Giants clean house faster than expected and they actually became better faster than they should have.

Not that it will matter. This defense is/was atrocious. Can we draft an entirely new defense, new offense and new coaching staff? Only bright spots are Turpin in return game and Dowdle at RB.
