Yeah I’m excited to see it in person. I’m debating whether to ship it home now or wait until the black Friday time to see if they have a sale and ship bulk cards home most likely wait another week to see if that happens.

Looks like 25% sale is working for this set... only 51 cases left...

24 cases left, the sale definitely made a big dent. But at regular price I don't think these will be going that fast.

I would be shocked to see this product go on sale again.

23 cases left a day later and I’m guessing everyone’s ePack funds have now shifted to MMPlatinum.

Surprised it went back on sale today. They were really trying to get rid of this before the new year.

Hands down one of my favorite sets to release in the past few years. Obviously biased but the OA was very on point for this fleer ultra release even if the inserts generically lacked a lot of value (outside jambalayas and medallions).

I know a few heavy hitters in marvel collecting and they and I will be collecting this set for years to come.

Well, the jambalayas for this set are really holding up in value as all other inserts seem to be plummeting. How is there only a single wolverine jambalaya on the epack marketplace for this set?

I sold a couple FUW plates the other day. This set is one of the top sets UD released at the end of its Marvel license and looks like interest in it might have legs.

I just keep an eye on what sketches show up from some of these sets and, based on nothing other than my small scope of attention - I've thought this set got 'lost' in the deluge of sets that were hitting the market after being delayed for a year or more. Seemed like companies all got somewhat caught up and were just shipping anything and everything they could for a little while there.

I would imagine jambalayas, sort of like PMGs, transcend the specific set they’re in and there’s a wider audience for them. Compared to XYZ insert of FUW Wolverine which is local to that set.

And I’m sure of it has to do with the prestige of the jambalaya inserts in late 90s basketball, just like the PMGs. Also the more recent Jamba’s in marvel probably are riding some of the popularity of the 13-15 Retro marvel jambas which were actually quite rare and go for a lot. That’s my guess. But there seems to be a dedicated group of collectors who like the jambas across all the sets and view them as valuable.

Yeah and I think the secret was out on how rare Jambas were. In hobby boxes they were 1:288 packs and 1:576 in blaster boxes. Wound up being an estimated print run somewhere in this forum but the Jambas from FUW were the least printed. Unlike FUMS where they were printed to the moon. I don’t have all the math off the top of my head but it’s something like 50 Jambas per character from FUW were printed whereas that number is ~190 for each non SP and ~145 for each SP from FUMS.
