Absolutely, IF the Capitals give the. An opportunity. I think they have a few good players playing currently in the AHL playoffs. What they do for a HC will determine how things go.

12 goals on 48 shots - on pace for 87 pts in 82 games. The shooting talent was always there but I don't think he can continue scoring at that rate, even if his role is about to see a bump thanks to Ovechkin's injury.

A month and a half later.. he's only scored 4 goals since my post and his pace dropped to 66 pts in 82 games.
