I’m sorry but at some point something has to give with the supply of cards coming out - I roughly estimated 3800 total numbered parallels in this product for each player (not including regular parallels). IN THIS ONE PRODUCT. Of course there are not 3800 card collectors on Earth that want a Malik Monk Hoops 7th year numbered parallel. The hobby is 95%+ resellers moving the cards at this point which is not sustainable in my opinion.

I’m sure the # of cases of this product is super high.

This is the cheapest product (I never have collected basketball before) and so I'm going to enjoy the chase to put together an Edey set.

This is essentially the Topps Flagship of basketball.

It's almost impossible to lose money on a case break if you make sets and sell everything, provided you have about 50-60 hours to spend doing it.

You also actually have a chance to hit some nice cards as well.

One of the only reasonably priced products left especially if you know where to buy other than Blowouts big markup.

Still no official release date. Was the 15th, then pushed to 17th, Blowout has the 24th, but I’ve also seen the 29th lol

Bumping this up to share some things I noticed about this checklist, notably the autos

No rookie autos of Bronny (obviously), Risacher, or Sarr. Not that the latter two were making much headway, but not having autos of any of those 3 really makes this product worse.

I'm in for a case (reluctantly), but hopefully someone else steps up in the meantime.

No autos for Castle either (probable ROY).

Bummed that Castle isn't signing with Panini. Two years in a row my team's top rookie won't have a legit rookie auto card

Might be dumb from a financial perspective, but I have a lot of Castle UConn autos (he's a Husky forever no matter what, even though it was only for 1 year

). Still bummed I missed out on getting his Bowman U Best Masterpieces Superfractor.

Another stupid thing destroying the simple fun we used to have. Nobody cares when there are that many parallels. The value of each one is less because of it. Most are completely irrelevant. The only good thing is if you are buying singles, I suppose. For us who like ripping and flipping, kinda sucks when you get $1 for a card that used to be $5, but you paid 3x the box price.

Yeah I've had my eyes on a few of those Bowman U autos, but the collegiate jerseys just don't do it for me... though they are certainly better than some Topps Cosmic Chrome auto in a blank black jersey haha
