No doubt, given the clientele of this gym, that some OnlyFans content would be produced in that room if they built it.

That, along with some of the Blowout creepers getting their jollies just from reading others' stories, would make me steer clear.

Did the In Body Scan again today, I last did it in June. Down another 5 percent body fat and a total of 11 percent since January 22 of last year (maybe closer to 12 percent than 11). Results show I need to start building some muscle especially in the legs.

Started training for my 10K today. I found a race on May 3. I downloaded the app Runna where it gave me a plan on how to prepare for it. Today was what they called an "Easy Run" of 3.5 km. I laugh about that because how is that an "Easy Run". I am stuck with the treadmill because it snowed and iced and it is freezing. I would prefer to do it outside but I am not going to in those conditions. Nothing in running is easy lol.

Easy, as in stress/pace/heart rate - ie keep your heart rate in "zone 2"

Losing weight has seriously impacted my bench press, but not any of my isolation movements. I failed on benching 245 lbs at 175 lbs, so I need to work on getting the back up to 275 while keeping my weight the same. It has always been my weakest lift, so I need to concentrate on it once again.

Next week I am going to start a 10 week program and switch up what I have been doing. Below is the program, been following Geoffrey Schofield for awhile.

Deload week for me. I don't do these nearly as much and when I do, I struggled to stay light/easy as mentally I never feel like I got a good workout in.

I bought a Sunny Fitness Row N Ride Machine at goodwill for my present to myself for losing 40 lbs (hit it a few weeks ago). I need to work on strengthening my legs so hopefully this will help with that

Congrats on the weight loss! Just basic cardio with a machine like that will make a huge difference on leg muscle development. Basic squats just holding any type of weight is also a game changer. Nice and slow with full range of motion!

Congrats on the loss! I am just about at the 70 pound mark myself since October. Hitting the gym 4-5 days a week now vs the 3 I was doing.

Thank you. Congrats to you too.Next Wednesday it will be a year since a started my journey. I go to the gym 2 times a week and do at home workouts 4 times a week so I exercise 6 times a week.

Treadmill 5K today. Was going to push it to Thursday because it was going to be warmer and I was hoping that the snow would be melted but it is taking its sweet time. I also have an “easy run” planned for Friday but because I am going to be going out of town so my easy run is being pushed to Thursday. Still hoping for snow melt on the sidewalk as the street is still a sheet of ice.

One week down with the Ravage program on Boostcamp app. The free version is good enough for me and it does a great job. Get a day off tomorrow after six decently hard days with 108,000 lbs lifted and most sets take to failure. It seems like a lot, but with the intensity it is only 80-100 sets per week. Nine more weeks to go! Hoping to see decent results.

Lots of great workout programs on the app for beginners to advanced.

6km run done, longest I have ever done. Happy with pace and endurance because I took no breaks. Hoping to take my Intervals Session outside on Friday. Also tomorrow will be one year since my first boot camp session. I couldn't imagine where I'd be now without my gym
