Yes. We don’t pop orders on the site until the day before they return. We’ve had issues with delays and customers unhappy we can’t ship the day we pop the orders (because we don’t have the cards yet) so we wait until we know we are getting them.

I got back one of my submissions and entered the cert number to download photos from PSA. One of my cards they didn't scan. Any reason they wouldn’t do that?

is psa taking longer than usual? i ask cause it seems like my orders been stuck in research & id for a couple months now and i think my last order before that was almost done in 2 months.

It was likely done in error. There is a link to click to report it when you look up the cert if the photo is not there/there is an issue with the photo. Click on that and they should be able to correct it.

They posted last week that they have a bit of a bottle neck at intake/research and id due to high volume of orders but are working on getting it down.
