Add To Cart and Buy Now don't work, but it does go to your cart. Seeing my friend can use Topps Points for a discount but I cant

My order gave me the option to redeem points for use for a discount but, once actually redeemed, wouldn't apply the discount to the order lol.

Most likely the cancelled orders due to them not thinking about NOT allowing points to be used for the renewal.

Points balance was reduced even after the cancel and 20,000+ points were also auto-removed from my account. I suspect the transition to Shopify is not going smoothly.

You'll still get a reward code. Problem is the reward codes I had before the switch over appear to have disappeared.
