Default How to edit seller ESE lost package shipping claim

I had a couple ESE sales in November that were never delivered. The buyers filed not-received and I refunded.

Today, I filed the seller shipping protection claim on both but realized I mis-keyed some info. Where do I go to edit my claim? I'm not seeing it in my ebay.

In the lower right hand corner of the PIP claim form, there is a link to "Chat With Us"....maybe give that a try. Depending on what you mis-keyed, it might not matter anyway.

Yeah, I put my name as recipient instead of buyer's name. Maybe it won't matter since all the other info is there (order detail screen shot, buyer's refund request screen shot, etc.). Thanks.

Usually they just send it back asking for the corrections.

I’ve done that and it didn’t matter. They still paid the claim.

If you refunded in November (or even December for that matter), why are you filing for your refund at the end of January?

They'll email you for clarification ... that has happened to me a few times, but specifically with uploading the wrong file or it not be attached properly.
