I don’t watch many breaks because I think it is moronic
But I’m watching Layton opened 75 percent of the print run of the product transcendant 500 dollars for a random spot … Some gamblers hits was a sealed pack with 20 dollars in cards Maybe 1-2 spots got money back and most lost 400-450 dollars wtf is wrong with people |

For 500 you can probably just buy an auto of most players in the checklist.

Do all the patch cards have some sort of game worn authentication or is Fanatics using their apparel entity to make jerseys for their card entity?

The reality is that due to the volume of products being released and the fact that a lot of GOATs have died/stopped signing, the value of autos in general are significantly decreasing. Koufax and Yaz are the only two major stars who debuted in the 1950's who are still signing, and all of the guys from the late 60's (i.e. Ryan, Carlton, Palmer, Bench, Reggie) are signing a ton. The 70's don't have a lot of top-level stars other than Mike Schmidt and George Brett, and you've already lost Rickey, Gwynn, and Puckett from the 80's. |

First two tickets on eBay posted at $10k and $20k. It's almost like these breakers listing stuff have no idea what anything is actually worth!
That's my biggest turn off on this year's version, so many breakers ripping that have zero idea what stuff is. Screaming about pulling a $150 card as how "paid" that team is when they paid $800 for the spot, etc. |

He definitely did not seem to understand what he was doing or how to go through the box... He obviously broke even with the invitation, I wonder what the value is on the other stuff...

The space essentially has become a place where breakers are used car salesmen. They'll sell you about the experience of the kids in the backseat not being able to kick you while the car won't run for 5,000 miles without needing $10,000 in repairs. A lot of them know exactly what they pulled. They know the customers are hemorrhaging money, but they act excited to sell more. It's really simple. Topps depends on them for this behavior because they sell more cases at higher prices with this behavior and irrationality of degens buying into breaks at way inflated prices. |

The 2 breaks I've watched have been absolutely bonkers. 1 had a 1/1 Trout RPA along with VIP golden ticket, other had a Dominguez Super, Jackson Holliday 1/1 RPA, and a "meh" hit from the case was a Jackson Merrill /5 auto. Those 2 guys definitely got their $10k back and then some.

For anyone interested, the East West Sports Cards did an 8 case break on Fanatics and pulled the Mantle bat knob/auto, Jackson Holliday ‘fun face’ knob, a bunch of 1/1s including Skenes and Ohtani. It was quite insane. So those cards have been pulled

You would have thought with the bangers they kept pulling that it was 18 cases. They pulled at least 3-4 Jeters, who I’ve never seen pulled yet
