I really hope retailers don't think they can charge $1000+ for the hobby boxes. They're insane if so.

People on eBay preselling these at $1000+ will just end up getting cancellations.

I've watched, hoping to get some boxes/cases. All the big guys have sold out at the $1,000 per box price point. Instant sellouts too. So someone is buying them. It may be insanity from a buying standpoint, but if people are willing to buy, the people selling are smart, not insane.

I think the demand on this stuff is going to be crazy.
CC cards are in more demand than Wemby, and there's fewer options (no Mosaic, no Hoops, no Phoenix, no unlicensed Topps products, etc) for her/WNBA.

I think we'll see some good ole fashioned fightin' in the WalMart aisles on this one!

Yes, interest free loans. Then sometimes according to others, they will cancel the orders near the delivery date.

Huh? Select is around $675. Even with as hot as Caitlin has been, Origins and Select are below bum presale pricing. Select FOTL, with way lower numbered FOTL cards and way lower print run, is selling below $2k.

Meant that's what DA and SSC, and presumably Blowout if they had it loaded are pricing it at ($900)

I guess we will see if it hurts them but they should have done the same FOTL parallels as basketball. Would have been way more boxes and way more value. These FOTL cards essentially cost them nothing. Instead they will most likely sell for less money per box and less boxes. How they screwed up the cash cow that shoulda been Select WNBA FOTL and Prizm WNBA FOTL is Panini 101.
