Everyone is all prepared for the ice storm tomorrow. Walked about 1.5 miles through the city today. Felt good l though it is very cold out.

Dated a Jamaican woman that I taught with. She always wanted me to visit Jamaica during the summer when we were both off. Never did. We broke up when she decided to move back to Jamaica after teaching here for 5 years.

My niece and nephew just got their test results back and have Type A Flu.

The next 112 hours may just kill my daughter.
Last Thursday, Jan 30th, a kid in her class somehow fell and broke his nose at recess.

There were 3 teachers covering the playground this happened in. My daughter was not one of those teachers.
She was covering recess at another playground.

Mother of the kid was at the school taking pictures yesterday.

My daughter has a meeting with the Administration and the nurse Monday morning. The 3 teachers present are NOT in the meeting.

Her anxiety is now at DEFCON 5. This makes me so sad.

I see it was also a good year for dead people.
The Beatles won a Grammy.
Jimmy Carter won a Grammy for best Spoken Word Album. I'm pretty sure President Carter couldn't speak for the last few years.
