A week after everyone else, I finally received my Topps 2025 flagship baseball boxes (1 jumbo, 1 hobby, 1 blaster) to make my usual base set and got pretty lucky.

The Hobby box had a Bo Jackson "No Name on Front" numbered to /35. The Jumbo had a Rickey Henderson autograph numbered to /50 in one of the bonus Silver Packs and a Mike Trout Flagship Patch autograph numbered to /10 in a regular pack. Even the blaster had a couple of decent cards in it.

in 2000 I sat on a Grand Jury in Boston.

The DA's brought us an arrest in a cold case from 1981.

An elderly woman was killed in her home if what looked like a break in gone horribly wrong.

By 2000 DNA technology, while still developing and nothing like it is today, was used on a piece of window pane with blood on it.

The person who the indictment was brought against confessed to being there when the woman was killed. He said his brother killed the woman. Unfortunately his brother died a few years prior.

We indicted the man and he was convicted of 2nd degre murder and sentenced to 20 to life
