Come at the king, you best not miss. Won my appeal against this guy for what it's worth. In the messages of his dnr request, I just explained he has lots of feedback from sellers saying he is abusing the returns system. I included a link to this forum. Said he had a documented history of claims, etc. When it came time to "ask ebay to step in," I sent it in and voila, I won.

Sportnutz1972. New eBay username.
Opened a report of card not received at 7am day of est delivery. ESE tracking only updated once. Although he has 100% feedback it's littered with comments saying he opened card not received claim within 5-7 days of purchasing and sellers had to refund because card was never marked delivered. Luckily for me it was only a couple dollars. Here's a nice message he sent me after leaving me my first negative feedback. I just hope he's serious 😆

Dude definitely has some issues. He has messaged me nonstop the last 3 days. Same spelling and grammar issues along with identical feedback on both accounts. I've ran into a couple bad buyers on ebay but nothing like this.
