Another shocker just happened...Women's World title changed hands. Iyo Sky became the latest one to complete female WWE grand slam.

Sorry, but what a dumb ending. Bianca put her hands on Rhea with the ref watching. Should have been the end of the match. Just do it without the physical altercation.

Terrible way to set up a triple threat match at WM

won't be surprised if it gets announced that Ripley is pregnant. Only thing that makes sense as she obviously isn't seriously injured enough to not wrestle.

Rhea/Belair is a bigtime Mania match, no clue why they need to insert Sky into it. She isn't remotely on the level of the other two and never will be.

Iyo is absolutely on their level in the ring.

There's time to move the belt back to Ripley though, given the mid-April late 'Mania dates. Maybe an 1-month'ish reign for Sky?

So Rhea does backstage interview were she's all depressed on losing. Are they going to run this were now she joins the Rock and he uses his power to add her to the WM match and make it a triple threat match?

with all the talk last week that they trademarked the ref's name and her return to in ring action I thought she was going to be a spoiler in that match and start something with the two outside the ring

It’s possible. She’s pretty much stagnant. That said, she gave Iyo a match out of respect. It isn’t beyond Iyo to do the same. Plus champion gets a rematch.

Great promo from Punk tonight. Haven't really seen it mentioned but surely it's gotta be hinting at a heel turn before long with the "you'll never see me come out with my own self made belt around my waist and call myself the peoples champ". When that's the exact angle he did prior to everything blowing up in AEW. There's no way that wasn't intentional.

Jessica Carr stated that it was a title match with Wresltemania implications. She wasn’t going to DQ over a shove.

Great, it was still a stupid spot. Ref's discretion doesn't change that at all.

It also wasn't just a shove. Belair pulled Rhea off the apron as she was getting back into the ring.

And maybe the refs should be on the same page when it comes to what's allowed from outsiders. Let's take a look at why this match happened. Liv vs Iyo EC qualifying match. Rhea and Raquel fighting outside the ring. Liv grabs Rhea's hair (let's see, you were fine the NO DQ because Rhea pushed first). Rhea swings to get Liv off her, DQ. That match had WM implications as well. Less physical altercation than Rhea/Bianca, way less time wasted.

The only reason you are saying anything is because it's me calling it out. I bet if I would have thought it was a good call to let the match continue that you'd take the opposite stance.

Sure, there were WM implications with the match. Carr allowing the match to continue also had WM implications. And that outside interference ultimately led to Rhea losing the belt and potentially her WM title match.

I noticed that. Honestly I'd love him added to the Uso/Gunther match, because that is going to be a rough one to watch. Great promo by Punk though.

Iyo is a great talent, but were they really that desperate to get her on the Mania card? It'll turn into a 3-way Im sure, but just seems unneeded to put the title on Iyo. Personally I think she should be moved down to the IC/US title level. Again she's a great talent, but she's not even the most popular person in her group, I'd say both Dakota and Asuka get better reaction. Oh and I agree with the ppl who said it should have been a DQ finish, which they could have done and still added Iyo if they wanted to. Just odd decisions lately

Belair prevent Rhea from getting back in the ring. That's disqualification worthy. It was more than just a shove. It wasn't Rhea pushed Bianca and Bianca pushed back and that was the end of it. When the ref needs to go out and separate them it needs to end in a DQ.

Because of Carr's "discretion" Rhea is no longer champion. Carr's "discretion" directly impacted WM. I don't know, can you turn a ref heel? Because Carr's piss-poor discretion cost Rhea her title. Maybe roll with a shady ref approach like they do when they have wrestlers as guess ref?

What's worse is that HHH chose to throw Carr under the bus by making her make those comments. That's crappy writing for them to have a physical altercation during the match if it wasn't going to end in a DQ.

Setting up the triple threat match by having Iyo lose, again, to DQ she had no control over would have been a much better storyline than what they went with.

As far as Rhea joining The Rock they need to keep the Rock's group very small. They don't need to try and go all out NWO and have 90% of the roster join them. I can see a scenario where Tonga Loa comes back inside with him as muscle or maybe even Jacob but there's no need for 50 people outside of the storyline to join just because.
