Is anyone getting cards with no “shine/silver” effect to them? I got quite few and I suspect they’re in the place where the numbered parallels are supposed to be in the pack.

I think you get like 4 a box. It is some kind of parallel.

Bub is probably one of the better signings and Bronny sucks but I'm sure he still sells decent lol.

All in all such a fun rip. Tempted to buy some more but I think I'll stop while I'm hot

I'd like to see what the base look in Megas and Blasters, because it seems like to me the base would be me the non shine version and the shiny ones would be the unnumbered mirror parallels. It's confusing because if that was the case, you get let "base" so who knows what Panini did lol

Well I couldn’t ask for much more from my 3 boxes. Curry auto #08/15, Buzelis RPA #19/35, Grant Hill auto /49, and a Curry ZTeam insert. Plus multiple multi color patches of vets and RC’s.

These basically have 8 #'d cards, 1 game used napkin, 1 rookie patch, and 1 auto.

Plus a decent looking case hit insert, RPAs with chunky patches, chance at 1/1s, and chance at superstar autos of Curry, Doncic, Shai, and Joker.

Not bad for $150

I'd love to see a case break and see how many RPAs, good autos, any 1/1s, etc come out.

Agreed.

Still a losing proposition in most cases, mainly because it's TC and the rookie class is garbage (compared to past years), but there's not a better licensed Panini basketball "hobby" (or retail premium) product available for <=$150 per right now.

I don't even care if I completely strike out on my two boxes, I just want to rip licensed basketball since it's been a minute.

These do seem like one of the best bangs for your bucks in the hobby right now, and I have 6 of these on the way. This Rookie class has not looked great yet, but I always think back to how slow Steve Nash started his carreer, and it gives me hope that maybe one of these guys makes a big jump. It is why I sleeve almost every rookie card now.

The small checklist helps too. If this were a 350-400 card set with worthless veterans and role players then the rate of #'d cards wouldn't matter so much. I like when you can get a base set condensed to 200 cards and even the autos and mem don't have a ton of fillers. All it takes is a handful of $20+ cards and you'll at least feel good about the purchase.

To be fair National Treasures has Game Used for Vets..its rookies that are non associated..just like this product. Wemby is a vet as this is a 2nd year product

Panini could of kept some real goodwill if they dropped 2-3 of these style of products the last few years. Easy entry as a lot of people know Walmart/Target well and have never ordered from Panini and perceived value even if every box isn't a winner if you priced out each single card.
