Current Panini email contact?

Does anyone have an email for a current Panini employee? I have a few redemptions that I've been waiting on for about 2 years, and about 1 year ago I requested replacements. Just want to contact a real person to get the ball rolling. Politely emailed their customer support email a few times with no response.

Have you tried calling? They answer their phones immediately.

I haven't, but I'll give that a try. Thanks! I assumed it would just go to a voicemail nobody checks like before.
