Probably smelled better than a Mogadishu street fair

This dog is going to be the death of me. I was making a new recipe. I had to fry some bacon then cook gnocchi in the grease. As I was slowly adding the gnocchi into the pain, she rammed me really hard in the calves causing me to drop it into the pain and slash bacon greas on my finger. I ran it under cold water multiple times and just put some aloe on it.

You put aloe on the dog?

Soccer is usually a fall sport everywhere in the northeast. In high school I played soccer in the fall, bowling in the winter, and golf in the spring.

We had a great day today. The smoke was really bad from wildfires on 44 west towards DeLand.

Stopped at St. Augustine FD Station 1 on the way in as they had most of their stuff outside and an engine from Station 2 was visiting. The Spanish Fort, Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, was awesome! Being a veteran, I got in for free and the Park Ranger gave me a card that allows me to access all national parks for free. There is so much history in downtown St. Augustine. After the fort, we went to the Pirate & Treasure Museum. Cool stuff there too. Then, we walked down some of the streets and looked at the old buildings. Last stop was the Colonial Experience tour where they showed how it would feel to be a Spanish Explorer setting up the St. Augustine Colony.

Sad that we head home tomorrow, and this great trip is over. We are going to stop at Buc-ees tomorrow on the way home too. I think next year we'll do spring training again but take my wife with us.

I am very familiar with DeLand. My grandparents lived there and my Dad went to high school there. He grew up on the north shore of Lake Monroe in a small town named Enterprise. It is a huge town now.

Still haven’t been to 1. Maybe in a few weeks when I go to Myrtle for the weekend

I can’t remember the last time I was at Fenway, and I’ve never been to Yankee Stadium (old or new).

Old UP-1112 just careened by the shop.
Watched some squirrels climb the rock facade of our 2 story building.

Very cloudy but no rain.

Went to the LCS this morning. Bought a box of the McDonalds AA hobby. Got toasted worst than eating McDonalds.
