Looks like we’re not getting new cards today.

Topps should’ve capitalized on the Tokyo series and Sasaki’s first career MLB start, and released Tucker as a Cub, too.

My apologies for the absurdly large card images. I copied the same image address as I always do, but these are much larger than usual. Topps also used the wrong template, as the cardstock should be natural on the back.

Well, Topps fixed the reference image for the back of the cards, but the images are still oversized.

This set has made me appreciate the Archives and Heritage sets Topps releases, too. The modern flagship sets don't have the charm of vintage.

Yes, he is.

I've chosen to tag the team as Sacramento Athletics in my spreadsheet, but for official record keeping, the team is simply the Athletics (ATH) for the next three seasons (2025-27).

Topps never do a rookie that only had "Call Up" on the card. Wood gets his "RC" this year and will get his Living Set card too.

I must say the artwork this week is exceptional. These are some nice cards.The halo/prism effect on Hernandez and the scuff on young Al Oliver’s helmet are fine touches. People are really missing out on this set.

Another week with no Nats. 134 weeks and 269 cards released since the last Washington National. FYI, the last card was CJ Abrams on August 31, 2022. Completely unacceptable and very difficult to understand.
