Bought a cheap item ($4+), paid $1.25 shipping. 21 days go by with nothing. I reach out to seller, who tells me I'll get it "soon." I ask him his name, he tells me, and I mention to him that I received a notice that I owe $3.32 postage due in order to receive item from him. He plays dumb, refunds a portion (probably wanting to cover his fees), and I have to go through ebay to get the remaining amount. After refusing to answer a couple of my questions, I get the whole "been in the hospital, drugged up" excuse.

It was never about the money here, but the principal. Decide for yourself.
