Almost done with episode 2. The fireflies actors are just awful. Especially the main girl

The show is simply boring. If they have to time jump 5 years for something to happen, there wasn’t enough of a story to begin with.

Agreed. I see a lot of hate for the show online, but it's hard to tell if it's people being haters for haters sake or really aren't enjoying the show. I have a lot of people in my friends and family who didn't play the game and are enjoying the show. They didn't throw a fit when Joel bit it, they understood why what happened, happened.

I really like the job Bella Ramsey is doing. The backstory for the episode answered a lot of questions.

From comments here the "hate" comes from looks compared to the game etc and from TV snobs.

I take each show/movie on it's own.

When the rebooted the Fantastic Four with Michael B Jordan et all people lost their CRAP. Was it as good as the original Chris Evans movie? No but when taken at fave value it was a average movie. One I am glad I didn't pay for but watched on HBO or whatever
