Slots typically return between 92-98%.

Opening wax is nowhere near that.

But Johns aren’t doing it for the money.

Lmao. Not looking to get in a huge debate here, or let's start another thread...

Yes, even the worst slots pay a good %, bc they are required to disclose the odds, so even the dumbest "johns" will choose a 98% over a 30%

Not claiming it will make people rational, but if you disclose the odds, even some of the dumbest people will make better choices.

I would hope so.

I don’t think breakers or fanatics wants that though.

As distributors of cardboard cocaine, they don’t feel compelled to disclaim the health hazards, lol.

Well at least I make money back on a box. It more than likely a loss but I get something. A slot machine I get nothing

Well a box is 36 packs. If you did 36 pulls on a slot, you would probably get some money back too.

This is an excellent example of the need for this odds explanation website.

If you open a box yourself, your average return is about 30-60%, depending on the product. It is important to note that you must sell what you pull to realize any money back. Otherwise you make zero money back opening a box and keeping the contents.

If you participate in a break, your average return is less than that as you are paying more for the break per unit team/player.

If you spend the same amount of money on a slot, your average return will be higher than what you get in a box, on average. You could buy better singles with the money you get back playing slots than what you would actually pull out of a box yourself, and certainly more than what you would get in a break.

This is what I was talking about. I'm bad with words so I was simple

As always, buy singles. Leave the breaking to the birds.

A year late, and….

Another year of 10-20 different Alex Bregman cards and not a single Jeff Bagwell card in the entire release. HOF and most popular Astros player ever and they leave him out again.

The checklist for this set gets more disappointing almost every year.

Would be cool if they included all the steroid users in this set

Topps also has it on their site-

https://www.topps.com/pages/topps-dynasty-baseball

Looks like release has been pushed to 27th.

Hopefully I can pickup one of the 20 or 30 Altuve cards on ebay a week later
