Their idea of flavor and seasoning is "could use more salt" and "let's overcook the noodles to make sure they're done"

Which, again, I find acceptable a few times a year - especially when it's "free" from sales reps

They can be hit or miss. My steak last night was juicy and delicious; no steak sauce needed. My wife said hers wasn't good. I have had bad steaks there sometimes too.

We are off tomorrow as FT Jr. has his 8th grade graduation ceremony. I also have a fence company coming over to measure and give a quote to replace the entire fence. Then it's on to my follow-up gastro appointment and FT Jr. has practice.

That's like the bare minimum bar for a steak...along with "if it needs cooked more than medium, then it's not really a steak"
