Hope that you get cleared out of all unwanted pathogens!

51 and raining pretty good, going to 58

Looks like more rain Friday night and Saturday. Then finally no rain in sight after that for a while but temps into the 80s.

Youngest had his end of the year party last night for soccer, it was a pool party. It was 68 degrees when we got there and then it started to drizzle most of the time. Luckily they had a heated pool and a hot tub attached to it so the kids didn't mind.

They did but someone in administration sent her name out to everyone in the district and told them that the system would be worse off if she wasn't working there.

We found out last Friday. She is a FT Kindergarten teacher now. And after the 25/26 school year she will have enough time in where she is "safe"

Of course this could have happened a long time ago. She should have started a job right out of college and worked on her Masters while working but her OCD wouldn't allow her to do that. They have to pay you more once you get your masters so if there were 2 "new" teacher going for a job of course they are going to pay the one with the lesser cost.

Good news.

Maybe Glen can send her the crayons that he shoves up his nose while "working"?

I can't believe they played FT JR's game last night. It rained the entire time. By the end of the 3rd, you could tell not one kid wanted to be out there. The other team was down two players so FT JR got to play CF and LF for them (except for when he batted) and then he played CF, LF, and 2B for us. Yes, our main coach was not there hence the chnages in positions. The backup coach also took out the pitcher in the bottom of the 3rd with 2 outs only to put another kid in who proceeded to walk 7 straight batters after the rain picked up and then brought the original pitcher back in for the final out. No scheduled umpires showed up, but one of the league officials who umpires was there with no gear so he had to call balls and strikes from behind the pitcher while constantly toweling off balls.

They ended up winning. I think the final was 11-7. I'll need to check the GameChanger app once the league official gets the score book updated in it. FT JR struck out his 1st at bat. He then walked, stole 2nd and 3rd and as BNUt loves, came home to score on a past ball. His team scored 4 runs in the top of the 1st without getting a single hit. Would have been 5, but one of the younger kids missed home plate and was tagged out. Not one kid even got a hit until the top of the 2nd. There may have been 5 hits between the 2 teams in 3 innings.

I went for a 3 mile walk yesterday after work in the rain. Still trying to get out of this mental state I’ve been in. Not sure how to snap out of it

Its pouring rain and people are driving terribly. I came home to take a virtual meeting (I have no office space) and 2 people were driving the wrong way on a one way street, separate blocks from each other. Neither pulled over and waited for traffic to pass. One did a u-turn in front of oncoming traffic, blocking both lanes in the process and almost hitting 2 parked cars. The other made a very abrupt turn onto another one way, going the wrong way.

If it would help I would. Seems like the only time I'm happy is walking in the woods.
