is that the pre grade review you're talking about? Showed as $5 for me which still seems like a lot. I feel like it should be free with the cost of subbing which is $22

Yes, that's the one I mean. I don't expect anyone to work for me for free.

Yeah I was wondering why a shipment for 25 cards was showing up around $13 this morning. Listen I can tolerate increased shipping cost if the shipment actually gets to us much quicker than before. I mean most regular shipments are taking 2 to 3 months if that. Obviously it is too early to see if that improved

I mean they're already getting a huge discount on grading probably

They probably are paying $12/13 a card if I had to guess

My exact take. My last several shipments averaged about four weeks from request to shipment. Looks like my pending shipment will be the same. Not terrible but not ideal. This is actually a bit slower than the 2-3 weeks last summer/fall that I thought was relatively good. Let's get back to that or better.

Sales did trickle in over the weekend so the day or two without any right when the shipping news popped might just be coincidence.

Mine shipped in a few days. Requested 5/28 and shipped 5/30. $10.24 shipping for 18 cards.

Does the overall value make it require signature confirmation?

Oh. I've been avoiding going over 200 for a couple years because someone said it was 200. I feel dumb if that's been wrong/is now wrong.

My last two attempts to reach out to customer service via the Support/Leave us a message have not been responded to. One is only four days old, but the other was a few weeks ago.

COMC's customer service is slow in responding at best. If they do respond and it isn't a time based issue, they can probably take care of it. If time is part of the issue, get ready for disappointment.

COMC really needs to fix their site's infrastructure, if you send over 50 listings from ePack, you're lucky if you can make it to the 15th listing before everything slows down.

Yo, wtf. Did I miss a memo/email saying the shipping was going up? I went to ship today and instead of like $7 like it was a week or two ago, it was showing $60 or "Bulk" $21

Thank you, I’m late to the party but def gonna bitch about this. Most of the cards I ship I wouldn’t pay 55 cents for so I only grab cuz they’re 30 cents. So def not shipping unless it’s bulk, but to limit at 500 if a different joke.

you can only ship a max of 500 cards now?

And ya I thought about buying some cards to showcase for my desk but probably won't cause of the inflated shipping

500 per a bulk order. So if you order 1k , they break it up in to two shipments at 19.99 per

What I don't get is "standard shipping" is adding .25 per card in the order

The list price already is adding .25 per card when cards are purchased

So really standard shipping now is .50 per card + the 14.99 when you factor in both times we are paying the .25 per card

I dont get why we are paying S&H for a list price, and then paying again in the actual shipping. Unless we are saying that .25 we are paying in the list price is essentially the "base/bulk" shipping rate, and "standard" really is .50 each

Just with lack of communication/etc just doesnt seem right on COMC's behalf. Lack of transparaency all around.

For those in reseller mode, this is exactly how you should look at it. For that extra quarter per card, you are getting your cards quicker than you would have prior to these changes.

but the .25 is applied regardless of which mode you are in. It is just a matter of if you want to pay it up front or on the back end.
