Default Willing to pay 300 for a dealer pass if possible

I know the prospects are unlikely; but just throwing it out there. The only thing I want the badge for is to walk the show floor early Wednesday then attend the rest of the days as normal. I don't care about promos, sponsors, corporate booths, or any of the such. In the rare likelihood any dealers have items I am looking for I'd like to potentially see them before the flood gates open to the general public.

I'd be willing to sit at someone's booth for a while if some dog and pony show is needed. Just firing my shot here so I can say I did. PM with any possibilities

What do you think the price will be with the additional crack downs in place?

I remember buying 2 in 2023 for $100/each with no strings attached.

I'm sure there's a price at which dealers will take the risk.

Yea, you are right. Most likely going to do Six Flags Tuesday so that would just leave Wednesday morning to take advantage of the pass. If I was planning to do all Tuesday on the show floor too I'd be offering 650 and could probably be convinced to go a bit higher.

As it stands though it wouldn't be possible to do the whole show even showcases only Wednesday 10-3........ so I just threw out 300, if someone reached out it probably wouldn't take much to get me to get up to 350-375 though.

To reply to the other member........ trying to equate now to a few years ago is a waste of time.... 100 for a dealer pass now is laughable...... and the price point that might hit the mark to get a lot of vendors itching to try? I'd say 750... and if I had all day Tuesday there too I'd probably convince myself it was worth it at 750 to see all the showcases before the general public

What does it cost to set up? And how many dealer passes come with each booth? I'm guessing 2-3.

From what I understand it's like 2500 or so for a "quad".... which is a couple tables that make up the "booth". That price is usually split between a few people going in on it together. I think this year they get 2 per "booth" and can buy 1 extra; but that 1 extra if found to be sold on the secondary market for profit can potentially cause the vendor to lost their spot at the show moving forward.

This info is all second hand from what I've heard from dealers the past few years. I have never set up personally

At the price for the middle booth..... honestly I'd be inclined to add my name to the vendor wait list. I was always under the impression it was waaay more than a starting point of around 1000

Good luck getting a table, there's a long waitlist.

If there are any dealers willing to sell or grab me a dealer pass, I'll pay you for one, with a nice profit for you.

Thanks,
