My X-Rays thankfully showed I have no tear. Instead, I have "Mild to moderate degenerative changes of the acromioclavicular and mild degenerative changes of the glenohumeral joint." I'm trying to get an appointment with my ortho doctor to discuss treatment. I want to get that foam in my knee too and was told my the appointment person "we don't make appointments for multiple body parts in the same visit."

As for my blood tests, I have high cholesterol and fasting blood sugar. Recommended exercise and low fat, low carb diet. My A1C was 5.6 so not yet diabetes.

The parade was a total disappointment. It was only 45 minutes this year for the entire state.

After they picked me back up, we went to the outlet mall in Delaware and then had dinner at Bull on the Beach.
how opportunistic

Saturday was another day on the road for parades and fire station visits.

Started off in Westfield, NJ for their 150th Anniversary Parade. It was fantastic with a new Pierce Ascendant Tower, a few mobile command posts, hazmat trucks, etc.

Then I dropped by Linden, but their new Pierce Ascendant Tower isn't in service yet.

Went over to Berekely Heights and photographed their Pierce Ascendant Tower and the rest of their apparatus.

Last parade was in Glen Cove, NY on Long Island. As usual, the GW Bridge was a mess. I took me 2 1/2 hours from go 63 miles from Berkeley Heights to Glen Cove. That parade was great and I photographed another Pierce Ascendant Tower I had not had. I didn't get home until 12:15AM.

Then, she was supposed to come back before 5 on Monday. She didn't end up getting back until 9PM Monday night, so the dog went from 7AM to then without going outside or food. She pee'd on the living room carpet and I don't know how the idiot MIL didn't smell the poop or why she would leave it there for 3 more days.

Well, the dog was messed up after that and kept pooping in the house Friday and Saturday. It wasn't until my wife bought a steam cleaner from Amazon and steam cleaned the carpet Saturday evening that she stopped doing it.
forget the fecal forest we now have the fecal dining room

It's been hurting since around February. I have limited movement in that it hurts when it goes certain ways. I thought it was a tear from shoveling as did the doctor before X-rays. Now it's basically cartlidge is gone just like my knees.
